At ReviewConnect, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our services facilitating trusted reviews on third-party platforms. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided for payments made to our platform.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, such as when the service paid for has not been delivered as agreed or if there is a significant discrepancy between the service description and the actual service provided.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 14 days of the payment date, providing detailed reasons and supporting evidence for the request.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services or portions of services are non-refundable. This includes setup fees, administrative costs, or any work already completed as part of the review facilitation process.
Once a review has been posted on a third-party platform as per the agreement, the associated payment is non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details, transaction information, and a detailed explanation of why you are seeking a refund.
We will review your request within 7-10 business days and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within an additional 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account and withhold further services until the matter is resolved.
We encourage open communication to address any concerns before escalating to a formal dispute, as this allows for a quicker and more amicable resolution.
As an intermediary, ReviewConnect is not responsible for disputes arising from the content or quality of reviews or tasks between Businesses and Reviewers. Such issues must be resolved directly between the involved parties, and our role is limited to facilitating the platform for connection.
