1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewConnect (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including businesses seeking trusted reviews ('Businesses') and individuals providing reviews for compensation ('Reviewers').

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Use of the Platform

ReviewConnect provides a service that connects Businesses with Reviewers to facilitate trusted reviews on third-party platforms. Businesses may create tasks by providing links to their profiles on these platforms and specifying review requirements, and Reviewers from designated locations may accept these tasks to provide reviews in exchange for compensation as agreed upon through the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any third party. You also agree to comply with the terms and policies of the third-party platforms where reviews are posted.

ReviewConnect acts solely as an intermediary facilitating connections between Businesses and Reviewers. We are not responsible for the content of reviews, actions of users, or compliance with local laws, which are the sole responsibility of the Businesses and Reviewers. As a guarantor of the connection process, we ensure a safe platform for interaction but assume no liability for legal issues or damages arising from user actions.

3. User Accounts and Location Data

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your location data, and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Location data is used to match Reviewers with tasks in their area.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. ReviewConnect will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Review Guidelines and Task Acceptance

Reviewers must provide reviews based on the guidelines provided by the Business and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies. Reviews must not contain false, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. Reviewers can only accept tasks for locations they are physically present in or have a legitimate connection to.

Businesses must provide accurate links to their profiles on third-party platforms and must not request reviews that violate the policies of those platforms. ReviewConnect reserves the right to remove any task or review that violates these Terms or our guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts associated with such violations.

5. Payment and Compensation

Businesses agree to pay the fees specified on the Platform for creating review tasks. Reviewers will receive compensation as agreed upon through the Platform for completing tasks and providing reviews that meet our guidelines and the Business's requirements.

ReviewConnect may charge a service fee for facilitating transactions between Businesses and Reviewers. All payments are processed through our designated payment processor, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ReviewConnect or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ReviewConnect. Reviews submitted by Reviewers grant ReviewConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReviewConnect is not responsible for the content of reviews, the actions of Businesses or Reviewers, or the policies and actions of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform, nor do we guarantee that reviews will be accepted or remain on third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with third-party platforms.

As an intermediary, ReviewConnect is not liable for any legal violations or damages caused by Businesses or Reviewers. Businesses assume full responsibility for ensuring their tasks comply with local laws, and Reviewers are responsible for ensuring their reviews adhere to legal and platform-specific guidelines. Our role is to facilitate safe connections, not to oversee or assume responsibility for user conduct.

8. Termination

ReviewConnect may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or the policies of third-party platforms. Upon termination, your account and right to access and use the Platform will end immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights and limitation of liability) will remain in effect after termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local jurisdition laws, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
